We have made some changes to how we issue credits for bad weather. In order to apply for a rain credit you will need to follow a link in your original booking receipt and select the time slots you wish to claim for.

Please read our terms and conditions as bookings are not refundable. If your game is affected by rain or other severe weather a credit can be added to your account for the cost of your game. Please remember to forward your SAPAS receipt when requesting a credit for a game affected by the weather. Emails must be received within 48 hours of the time of the original booking.
